Shortbread Cookies

Our shortbread cookies taste as good as they look. Kathy Petronella has combined her Italian grandmother’s pizzelle recipe and her Irish grandmother’s shortbread recipe to create an unbelievably delicious cookie.

We also bake delicious, homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies, Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies, Oatmeal Cookies and Brownies.

 

We love to support local, so we get our ice cream from Cloud 10 Creamery. They make delicious ice cream! Our flavors change periodically, check in to see what we have.

 

Our cakes include an 1886 chocolate cake covered in a fudge-pecan icing and a super moist carrot cake covered in cream cheese icing and walnuts.

 

Paulie’s also makes homemade Tiramisu with Greenway Coffee de-caf espresso dipped Lady Fingers, whipped mascarpone cream and cocoa powder.  No caffeine, no alcohol, no eggs, all the flavor.

 

If you’re looking for an after-meal coffee and dessert, go for our Affogato. Affogato means “drowned” in Italian. We drown our gelato with a shot of espresso.

 

Mini lemon ginger mousse and key lime tarts are available, along with raspberry linzer cookies. All of our cookies are baked and decorated with all natural ingredients.
