Pour Over Offering

El Roble, Colombia
El Roble, Colombia beans are grown in Santander, Colombia under shady trees and at an altitude between 1,620-1,750 MASL. The coffee is depulped, dry fermented for 18 hours, washed and then dried. After Greenway's fine roasting skills, the result is a cup of coffee that offers notes of Black Strap Molasses, Canned Peaches, and sweet Lychee Fruit on the palate.

Decaf (Espresso & Pour Over)

Decaf La Laja, Mexico
Greenway's Decaf La Laja, Mexico coffee beans are decaffeinated using a Mountain Water Process. They are grown in the Hustusco, Veracruz region and offers notes of Sweet Ginger, Rich Dark Chocolate, and Fragrant Clove.
